Inspired by the great jazz performers of the 20th century, Debs performs with the best accompanying musicians in Wales. The Great American Songbook is her book.

 

Debs Hancock’s smoky, velvet, sophisticated tones have graced stages at jazz festivals in Cheltenham, Brecon, Swansea, and Fishguard and reached wider audiences on radio with BBC’s Jamie Owen, John Hellings, and Jazz Radio presenter Rhys Phillips.

Debs is no stranger to versatility: as a member of Welsh National Opera’s community chorus, she has both toured the UK and performed with the WNO  at The Wales Millennium Centre.
